I learn about your goals, team and the way you operate. You complete a short brief, then we talk for 30 minutes in detail. Your time: 50 minutes. You receive a Brand Context Report.

Week 2: Find the best opportunities

I evaluate the findings, uncover where AI could create the biggest return, and help you choose the best three. Your time: 90 minutes. You receive the AI Readiness Score, DTC Peer Benchmark, Context Gap Map, and AI Growth Plan.

Week 3: Make it easy to act

I turn every decision into a clear order of work and organize it in one permanent workspace for your team. You receive the 30-60-90-Day Implementation Plan and your Notion Workspace.

What exactly do I receive?

You receive seven materials made for your business: a Brand Context Report, AI Readiness Score, DTC Peer Benchmark, Context Gap Map, AI Growth Plan, 30-60-90-Day Implementation Plan, and a permanent Notion workspace containing every decision and recording.

How much of my time does this take?

About 2 hours and 20 minutes in total. That includes a short brief, a 30-minute discovery call, and one 90-minute working session. I handle the research, analysis, and final plan.

Do you need access to my systems?

No. I do not log into or operate your tools during the Sprint. You share the information I need through the brief and our calls.

Do you build the AI systems for us?

The Sprint gives you the priorities, plan, and materials. Your team can implement them independently. If you want help, I can continue working with you after the Sprint.

Do I need a technical person on my team?

No. You need one person who can own the follow-through. If a priority requires technical help, the plan will make that clear.

What happens if I do not continue working with you?

You keep everything. There is no retainer, lock-in, or requirement to continue. Your team can use the full plan and workspace without me.
